But if they make Steph and Cass LGBT, you technically only two significant straight female characters left in the Batfranchise.

I would be fine with that.. Anyway Steph would be BI and Cass LESBIAN.

Unless I missed something the only time that I think that I almost saw Cass shipped with a guy was in her 2nd Batgirl volume but... Sadly it ended too soon.

As long as Steph continues appearing I am fine with this.. I donīt ship them. This relationship to me is one excuse to see Steph.

She was with Connor Kent, there was one villain she she was attracted to (Black Wind or something similar), and she had clearly a crush on a guy in the YA OGN.

I think they also tried to ship her with Tim at some point ...

So if we don't end up getting a batgirl's book what direction would you like to see Steph go down?

I see.. But maybe they can use the current reality against it and say that now is lesbian...

Aqualad was made Gay.. and I think that was shipped with a girl.

Yeah, I was referring to Barbara and Helena.

And really there are allready a lot of queer women in the Batman comics: Kate, Renee, Harley, Ivy, Harper Row and technically Selina.

I've also heard of “[character]-sexual”, where someone is for the most part straight with the exception of one character. While I personally prefer Stephanie and Cass as friends, I could see both being straight overall with the exception of each other — if you want to go that route.

Yeah. You are right in that..

Steph and Cass will probably continue without couples after this.

    Which Issues?? What happened??

I think people read their interaction like there was something between them deeper than just friendship.

    AH... OK.

Interesting word choice, especially considering the direction this thread seemed to have taken . . .

Uh, is that ALL versions of Helena Wayne (past and present) or just one potential future version of Helena Wayne from stuff written by King in his Batman / Catwoman world?
