In cable she’s a secondary character and the issue wasn’t exactly action packed, overall it was enjoyable if you consider it just a small appetizer of what it could be when she gets much needed focus as part of the main cast. Originally Posted by Exodus

I really dislike Uncanny X-Men: First Class, but I'm always up for seeing Jean kicking some ass. She learnt it telepathically in this issue, though, right?
I like to think Jean was "forced" to learn some martial arts just because the X-men training is that badass, though.
