Well, Aaron can not leave the PF alone, can't he? Its really bad and sad what is happening with Force. Franklin was not always that important for the X-Men and Galactus can appear without him but the PF IS AN IMPORTANT part of the X-Mythos. The Phoenix also exists solely because of Jean too.


You want to do something new with Phoenix? Fine write a good story about the Force and its impact in the Multiverse, make Jean as Phoenix go on Cosmic Adventures, DO SOMETHING INTERESTING. Even with this new host drama is so bad and unnecessary.

Phoenix can not be Thor's mother since Thor used the powers of Gaea in Empyre. Not to mention that Emma rag dolled Thor in AVX hard. Also Phoenix has children and the first one being Rachel herself. It doesn't need retcon ones!! Still hope Hickman fixes this mess!

I don't think he cares one way or the other. He's established and developed Jean as an Omega without the PF. So...It might be safe to say he's staying very clear of that rabid cockatoo...as he should.

These panels make me both sad and angry, because I remember Marvel wanted to bring Jean back in an interstellar massive cosmic crossover. Instead, Rosenberg talked them into this, I'll never under why he had such a hard on for deconstructing all things X-men. WITHOUT the wherewithal to put things back where they belonged.
