Ah. Maybe after a few episodes we could see Jean with new costumes, trying out different ones. I would love a dark green one like her Gala outfit!

Thanks! I had not seen the Jean redesigns. The first one is fine as it is slightly modified, but I really like the second one!

I'd like to see Emma as a villain. I feel like it suits her more and given her power and resources she could be a credible threat.

Before I got into comics and knew better, I thought that little blue symbol on her forehead was there to amplify her power since it always flowed from her head.

It's just I hardly ever saw her using her powers from her hands. It was always fingers on temples and let it flow from the forehead. One thing I do hope they do is keep the different visuals for her powers. The one that sticks out the most is when Rogue was having an episode and Jean had to do that mind probe.

Which begs the question if Jim Lee intended the forehead detail to be anything? IIRC Ian Churchill once drew it as a Phoenix emblem. Can't find the reference but I believe it was during his run on CABLE.

I don't want the forehead detail to be anything but part of Jean's headdress. ALL of Jean's powers comes from her mind naturally. There is no mental enhancer present.
