Yeah, but Hope was using some of the Phoenix’s power before actually becoming a host in both Second Coming and AvX. With her apparently becoming relevant again, we might get some questions answered about her. Like iwhat is her actual connection with Jean, which was teased back in the day.

I still don't think anyone outside of Echo is going to manifest the Phoenix Force for a long time, but I wouldn't mind an exploration into the connection between Jean and Hope, if there is one.
