For TT, I would suggest Teen Titans: The Rise of Aqualad volume which contains issues 6-7 and 9-11.

I just looked up scans of the previous TT run and remembered that the Rebirth TT Tower was destroyed and abandoned in the Super-Sons crossover and the following TT issues. I didn't read the run with Damian's new team but I recall them not using the Tower because of what happened.
So really, the academy is the Titans tower from their Rebirth book.
I have to give it to the creative teams for this type of continuity because I remembered none of this. Kudos to Brandon Thomas for bringing this back up. I'm going to assume Jackson is gonna go in hiding at the old tower.
