Really enjoy this artist facial expressions. He also doesn't make his hair look like random doll strings.

Panel 3: that's Nami and Robin at the beach. The dark haired girl is wearing Robin's iconic cowboy hat, her hair and bikini are similar to Robin's 'Miss All Sunday' look. The orange hair, tattoo and green striped bikini is a dead give away for that Nami look alike.
Panel 4: 'Franky House'. 'nuff said.

I love how Jackson just does not care to have a secret identity. I know he doesn't have a mask but some heroes still care.
Also, I love how they're bringing in his water dragon move he always does in YJ. It's his signature move at this point.
