I have a feeling they are. I doubt editorial will say a writer can't write certain characters for X-Men (specifically this team) just because they've already had a chance to serve a term already

Also I am super late to this party but one of the first times I've seen Rogue's gala outfit and really thought "that'd make a good uniform".

As much as I love Nakayama, he's had this problem for a while. I remember his Savage Land variant for HoX/PoX and the women in it looked like they all needed a sandwich or two

I actually don't like his style of art at all...but...as with JSC, it is what it is, very stylised cheese-cake, and I have to accept it for that.

In this case one could actualy argue that she got photoshopped for the cover of that magazine in universe.
