This wait is gonna kill me. I’m happy we’re getting content, but I’d rather they just pick an artist of Ribic’s caliber to switch arcs with him. I love Ribic, but can you imagine what an Eternals book by Stjepan Sejic would look like?

doubt the ongoing eternals book is ever coming back..really nobodys fault due to the movie being pushed but this book must be hemoraging money at an alarming rate. the stories are okay and the excution is better than the inhumans mess but the book just does not sell.at all also unlikely with what ribic page rate is he comes back for art on this book anytime soon Gillen mentioned he had the first 12 to 18 issues all blocked out and pretty much written so we will probbaly get a new one shot with a shiny new number #1 every month till they relaunch the book again for the movie

Wait they are actually waiting for Ribic to catch up? How slow can he be? iirc Gillen was talking about this project 6-8 before it was announced, it got delayed by two months, got more delays after, has several reused shots and will barely got six chapters in the time frame. Is he getting slower, I don't recall secret wars being this hampered. It honestly might be in the books best interest to switch him out for an arc and have him start doing the a later one. Unless this book is unkillable and set to run until the movie comes.
