I'm started to feel like it was the machine itself or the intro for a new villain Eternal. We know how the celestial reveal changed things for the Eternals maybe it caused the machine to change too. Ikaris pointed out how talkative it was before things went sour. The info page confirms that Thanos is doing the killing. An Eternal that is trying to manipulate Thanos would either be really strong or suicidal.
Can't believe it slipped my mind but there is also the tagline for the series "Never die, Never win". It could be either that the machine believes resurrection cycle has end or that Eternals are forced to destroy to machine to win.
Totally love Sersi and Sprite in the preview. Although Sersi in purple is still weird.
I can see Sersi in red, blue, green and even black.
orange, white, yellow, purple is a huge turn off for me.
either way, I'm not feeling this new stuff Gillen is doing so it's a hard pass.
I hope you guys and girls and enjoy this run.
I’m loving the book. Is it moving slow? Yeah, and that’s something that I’d like to see addressed by the second arc, but I’m completely invested in the book. Ribic’s art is absolutely beautiful in it.
I tried reading that “leak”, that sounds like a hot mess.
Wednesday’s issue is beautiful. It’s slow, very slow, but I can see what Gillen’s doing. The Eternals are pretty obscure, and he’s doing a great job of introducing the major players with each chapter.
