At this pace I doubt it, it needs to be at least bimonthly, keeping readers attention and momentum is frequently sacrificed on the altar of decompression.

It's also repeating what Gaiman did in his mini, which is kind of justified since latter writers (such as Jeff Parker) have tried to downplay the innovations from Gaiman. All Gillen has done is try smooth Gaiman's interpretations of 100 immortal Eternals with post-Kirby elements from Grunewald and Starlin such as Uranos and the Uranian Eternals and Thanos, Mentor and the Titans.
