I'm sure they'll take a note out of Gaiman's run and have them addressed that way. Where certain characters don't remember who they were.

They probably didn't care about anything outside of their Celestial-granted directive. Sersei will probably be the first to start caring about humans and that would bring her into conflict with the other Eternals.
