Early reactions seem to generally be positive, with most detailing that it is the “least MCU movie in the MCU” to date. So, pretty comics accurate then as the Eternals generally feel a bit outside of the Marvel Universe in the comics haha

Exciting. I’m very much looking forward to it.

Does that mean it's not going to be the same, "good guy does wonky ****, finds redemption in killing bad guy, end" like every single Marvel movie?

This has a family of super people team dynamic that was going to come sooner or later. Fans will either reject it because they wanted the X-Men to check off that box ever since the Avengers beat them to it once.

That doesn’t sound like every marvel movie to me, that’s kind of just a general comic book movie trope
