So, apparently our timeline of Laura's first appearance in the books has been a bit off:

While it's usually established that her comics debut was in February 2004, apparently NYX #3 was actually released on December 10, 2003. While February 2004 was the cover date, multiple sources confirm that December was the date the issue actually hit the stands.
