Someone posted this on Reddit saying it's a variant cover from The Flash Annual 2021. I couldn't find it anywhere else, but looks real since it's from Breth Booth and he didn't posted this on his Twitter page.

It’s should be easy to discern which one is which from a reader standpoint:
Barry:
- Chinstrap
- Horizontal Belt
- Minimal lines across the suit that turns yellow when he runs
Wally:
- White eyes
- V shaped belt
- Flash logo with only 1 zag
I feel like this would be much better than the burgundy Barry here
