The Circle was a good addition to Dianas origins. Some slight tweaks like them being banished or leaving the Island would be good to keep them around as constant foes to Diana.

The WW version of “The Court of the Owls” years before The Court of the Owls.

Thought they were pretty cool too, though none outside of Alkyone really got much characterization. I’ve been suspecting DeConnick will include a version of them in Historia.

Phobos' design was kind of generic ogre/troll monster but I love Deimos' design. The snake beard would look pretty cool in some form of animation.

On Wikipedia it is said that Phobos was sometimes described as having a lion-like head. I think that could be incorporated into his design to make him stand out more.

Deimos has a killer design though, almost as good as his father's. I liked their role in the Rebirth run, but wished that much like Circe they had different designs they changed into (beyond the demon dogs). They should interact with mortals as the human twins, and then morph into distinct God forms when they mean business.

How I'd to it too for the mythological figures. The gods having multiple looks in Historia is one of the things I'm most looking forward to.

In a setting where mere mortals often wear disguises... having the gods do it too just makes sense

Definitely! Deimos's look is very striking and I love it. Phobos definitely needs an upgrade. But having all of the gods switch between more "human" disguises and then their more fantastical, outlandish looks (many of Chiang's designs) would be ideal.
