My problem with that is that having her START as a gorilla makes her identity as "Doris Zuel"... less important. Unless you're going to go with her having a time period of over a decade trying to live as an ordinary Human...

I think that depends on execution. A gorilla is how she started out as but it's when she's human that we really get to know her as a person.

Most definitely. I liked her civilian look enough in Rebirth but if I had my way, the purple would be the most consistent thing throughout any fashion style she takes.

But her default, battle-mode look should be Dodson's. Still my favorite design.

Most definitely. I liked her civilian look enough in Rebirth but if I had my way, the purple would be the most consistent thing throughout any fashion style she takes.

Nearly ever version of Barbara since Rucka’s run has been more of an amalgamation of Rich/Minerva.

But jealousy was a very important theme to Marston, one Cheetah was meant to personify so I think it’s a good thing.

Yeah, a look that's not out of the ordinary and can blend into a crowd. But still looks like her.
