I really have difficulty picking who I like more, this take on Priscilla or Rucka's Barbara.

I like them both. And while I think Priscilla's roll in Justice was so good because it was short and sweet, I would love if Ross did a prequel one-shot. It was clear the Diana was closer friends with Pricilla in Justice than in her original Wonder Woman debut (I mean, they weren't friends Pricilla wanted Diana out of the picture from the start ).

I’ll always have a preference for Barbara but this is the first Priscilla Cheetah version that sold me on her incarnation.

I've tended to think Cheetah should have a connection to a different god than Urzkartaga but thought it'd be interesting if someone connected him to The Green from Swamp Thing.

Not sure I like the idea of taking out Urzkartaga. WW mythology needs more consistency and not less. I do like the idea of connecting Urzkataga and the Green though.

Though I'm not opposed to a story where Barbara tries to abandon Urzkataga and find a new way to turn into a humanoid Cheetah. Be it, cutting a deal with a new God or portion or science.

It was my head-canon for Rebirth that Urzkartaga was one of the founders of the Parliament of Trees, but was banished from the Green for messing with the Red.

So now he’s stuck in his own little jungle, cut off from everything else. Hence why he needs a human host to leave, an how he’s able to create powerful animal mutations when he comes into contact with people.

Though, admittedly that head-canon doesn’t explain why women are his weakness.

But, I also am fine with Urz-y being his own thing, and not connected to anything else in the DC Universe.
