Also, is Circe like a regular human physically? Obviously her magic is through the roof. I know she's no match for Wonder Woman physically, but does she have superhuman straight or durability or any of that?

Yes, she doesn’t have any natural super-strength or durability. In Jimenez’s run she had to cast a spell on herself to give her powers when she wanted to fight Diana physically.

True. Circe's only had 2 animated appearances though (I think), compared to Cheetah's 2 dozen.

Diana usually only appears in JL/team stuff so that usually leads to Cheetah appearances when writers want to bring in a WW villain because of stuff like Super-Friends. Though interesting, she's probably the only notable remaining WW villain who wasn't in either of her solo animated films (Ares, Cheetah, Dr. Poison, Veronica Cale, Cyber, Silver Swan, Giganta, Medusa).

I never liked this episode, though. Circe's good for the most part but I hate Diana becomes a prop for Batman to rescue. JL Action was better imo.

Like as obnoxious as the Bat-God stuff is, I still love Batman as an icon and have a lot of affection for many versions of him. So no matter how bad it gets Bronze Age Bats and BTAS Batman will still be favorites of mine. But I've always been "meh" on Jason period, all versions, so he gets no good will from me.
