Honestly, Barbara and Circe teaming-up or hooking-up wouldn't have made sense, less because they are the same gender and more because Barbara was Circe slave.

Yeah, when I hear people say Cheetah is lame or hard to take seriously as a threat "male Cheetah" is who I think before any of the others.

He'd have been fine just been as one of Circe's ani-men or just swap Barbara in his place teaming with Circe.
