Dude with the helmet is I think Duke of Deception.

Thank you! I figured angry guy was the Duke of Deception because I saw him recently in "Wonder Woman Through the Years" which is a great collection of past stories that debuted last week, but I've yet to read one with Kung and remembered him.

I miss that costume it's quintessential Wonder Woman to me, the movie one represents only a facet of her total being. But anyway, who is that beside Giganta and behind the mad guy with the helmet?

Yeah, I think that’s the only story he’s shown up in that I read.

Though I do like the idea of a shape shifter as a WW villain.

He basically can do anything Vixen can do plus knows kung fu

I don't think he's had many appearances from what I can tell.

Though he cameo'd in an issue of Orlando's JLA run.

As far as I know, Kungs only other appearances were the issue he was introduced in during the Bronze age 'Wonder Woman on Earth-2' period, and the issue of that one 'Circe kidnaps Donna and gets Wonder Womans entire rogues gallery to team up with her' story

In addition to what the other members posted above, Kung has also fought the All-Star Squadron. He teamed up with Sumo The Samurai and Tsunami as part of a Japanese hit squad that tried to steal Starman's Gravity Rod.

That's awesome. I love the thematic idea of Giganta being both a beautiful giant woman and feeling like an ape. That's why to me the best take would be one where she was born looking like an intelectual cave woman and the more she grows the more beautiful she becomes.
