Question: in your opinion how did titans of tomorrow adult Conner Kents powers work? As in he had all the kryptonian powers, plus TK, but also got knocked around by Freddy and Kara when his concentration was shaken. So is his kryptonian powers at 100% like full kryptonians or is it like 50% and the rest is his TK.

Superlad got me thinking about this, maybe because he was created in a lab, just maybe his powers really are 2 complete seperate sets of powers, but to us they look like one. 50% coming from superman DNA, and 50% coming from the suped up human DNA Cadmus created.

And if both parts had heat vision, super hearing, and had a solar battery ability, wouldn't that make those abilities at 100% or really darn close?

He is pretty much a mix of superman Jr (who had all the powers, but at 50%) and black zero(who had TTK with heat vision and super hearing).


What would be, or should be his powerset, IF you take into account all his past and what is possible?

I would love to have a story where kon meets other versions of himself that got their powers at different times. So if kon got his TTK 1st,anothrr one would have kryptonian powers 1st.

Yeah, during that whole Hypertime thing back in the day, when many versions of Kon appeared briefly, I thought it would have been neat if some were radically different.

* This Kon has Kryptonian DNA, but no powers. He *can* operate Kryptonian tech, that doesn't respond to human commands, thanks to this DNA, which means he's wearing Kryptonian armor and using Kryptonian gadgets!

* This Kon is dead, and has phantom 'deadman' powers, rather than standard Superman-powers.

* This Kon has focused purely on psychic development, after suffering an attack by the Parasite that permanently drained his solar absorption-fueled strength/invulnerability and left him physically frail, and is now a world class telekinetic with a smattering of telepathy.

* This Kon has dived into Kryptonian mysticism, and can summon the spirits of the legendary Flamebird and Nightwing entities to gain very different powers (flight, flame aura and fire zaps or darkness creation, stealth and shadow-ports), depending on which one he's channeling at the time.

Thst is a cool idea, and here I was thinking very basic ideas like comic kon meeting a YJ show type version.

Btw I don't consider the new 52 superboy a version of conner anymore, he is a clone of Jon, and only called kon becaise he is a clone. So to me he is a clone of Jon lane Kent and should be though of as DC trying to create a son of superman even before the actual Jon lane Kent showed up.


I like his powers, mostly the super senses, wish Conner could have them somehow

Not yet sadly. Honestly Kon should have come out before Jon but DC is DC. Maybe if he actually gets to show up in a proper comic again we'll get some positive developments like this.

No Kon is straight. They're not going to step on Jon's toes to make another Kryptonian queer. Didn't happen with Kara and it won't happen with Kon. It'll just feel like another stunt and cheapen the impact. What's going on with Vixen right now is weird and reads as an OC. Megan has role played as Black Canary but we haven't seen anything else. Also there are straight people in the future too. That's not something that'll disappear or anything that should be seen as regressive. I know there are bigots and haters out there and no matter what they'll never come on board. There are others who may be receptive but changes are occurring at break neck speed, it's hard to keep up and process it all. Leading those to just check out. Let Jon stand out and do his thing. See how it does in the long run. Social media is buzzing and some people I know are rightfully excited. Unfortunately I know a lot of people who are hesitant and some who have discontinued the book and have given up on the character. It becomes difficult to get a real bead on how well something is doing and how long it will last.

Freddy? You mean Captain Marvel Junior? That would explain it. Superman is vulnerable to magic... that should apply to Conner as well.

How is Megan even relevant? Conner is only with Miss Martian in the Young Justice cartoon, not in the comics.

He is not gay, he is probably the most straight character in comics. He has had multiple gfs, and is shown over and over again hitting on girls.

The only time in comics anybody could latch onto would be when Judd winnicl had him changing in a closet with Tim, which if you know Judd, he is more activist than writer.

His hair was more 90s skater dude
His jacket was James Dean cool
His glasses were John lennon cool
His belts were to break up the color and to probably make fun of 90s characters who over did the belt and gun stuff.

Yes Conner is gay on deviant art, twiiter, and Tumblr, but he is not in the comics. That's where he has been shown repeatedly as a very aggressive straight guy to a very mature guy in a long lasting relationship.
