Not gonna lie, I think more writers should use the inherent usefulness of Selina!s professional thief skills as an excuse to have Batman and her interact positively during their more antagonistic days, partially for the sake of the hilarity of Batman hiring a flirty criminal to help him out, and because it arguably would emphasize how useful it can be to not hunt her down when he’s got free time and is still insisting she’s “just” a criminal.

I like the detail of Bruce having the hint of a smirk.

Besides, there's not a whole lot of the real Batman in When in Rome.

Ugh. I hope none. When in Rome has this weirdly perverted Riddler, weirdly perverted towards Selina in general, and Cheetah's inclusion is awful. The good things are her new boyfriend/bodyguard and her civilian clothes.

When in Rome is a separate story tho, focused on Selina and the Riddler. She’s not as deeply connected in TLH.
