that was one of the things I liked about Byrne's run, not necessarily what he did with her as Wonder Woman, but what others did. Loved her in JSA and her relationship with Wildcat was exceptional.

Looks like Diana is taking a bit of a breather from the JL, with Hippolyta remaining on the team for a while longer. (Personally, I prefure Diana on the JL: Dark team anyway )

I think something is gonna happen and Hippolyta is going to try and take the crown back from Nubia, just my hunch though. Regardless, she's going to be a major player for Trial of the Amazons since she's on the main poster, so they're gonna do something with Hippolyta.

It would be weird for her to die in an event again. I know 'Our War Worlds At War' was 20 years ago but still.

I would rather she returns as Queen of Themyscira and Nubia gets the chance to explore the world.

Or maybe Hippolyta goes around filling in for the Wonders on different teams; first JL then Titans then Outlaws then JLD.

I don't read the main League these days because that's about what I expect from Wonder characters on the League book these days.

I do prefer however that purple/gold outfit to the white bodysuit.

That's what I thought when I saw that. Or, Canary said it wrong by accident and I was expecting Hippolyta to correct her.

How does Hippolyta have the lasso? The lasso was locked away on Themyscira for Diana to retrieve when she returned?
