I mean he’s pretty much all Hawkmen now...though I suppose now he’s just in the long living body of Carter Hall who was a member of the JSA since the 40’s. So not only is Carter Hall the golden age Hawkman he’s pretty much the current and only one now.
Hopefully we will see more of him as Infinite Frontier rolls out.

Words to live by.
Happy New Year to Hawkman in all his various forms and incarnations .
Still the greatest Hawkman!
Happy new year fellow Hawkman fans.

I dont think well be getting too many Hawkman appearances in the coming year since DC is really cutting its line.
But at least we just came off an awesome solo series. I plan on rereading that soon.
My name is Wally West. I"m the fastest man alive. I"m the Flash.
Favorite Heroes - 1-Flash/Wally West, 2-Superman, 3-Green Lantern/Hal Jordan, 4-Nightwing, 5-Hawkman, 6-Firestorm, 7-Supergirl/Linda Danvers, 8-Zatanna, 9-Robin/Tim Drake
Well, that was in Flash Comics #1, cover-dated January 1940 but would have been on sale in November 1939.
(According to the GCD, "The on-sale date of November 20, 1939 is the publication date reported in filings with the U. S. Copyright Office. However, a house ad in Action Comics #19 states the issue was to be on sale on November 10.")

Is this a safe place to appreciate Katar Hol, or is there another thread out there I missed?
Actually, let's not.
If somebody wants to make a more general Hawkman thread, they should feel free to do so.
But I created this thread to focus only on the Golden Age-version of Hawkman (pre-DC's latest fuster-cluck version of "reincarnation whenever/wherever", which just makes the whole thing even more confusing to me than even the Zero Hour stuff).
