Ryan Reynolds reportedly wants Gambit to appear in Deadpool 3.

While we haven’t been able to confirm if it would be a multiversal cameo involving Tatum or a brand new canonical interpretation of the card-throwing thief, it’s definitely something that would go down a storm with fans. After all, if the first two Deadpools featured a mutant supporting cast, then there’s no reason why the third installment couldn’t follow suit to give them something of a soft launch within the franchise, especially when we know the X-Men are coming to the MCU sooner rather than later.

I LOVE and I mean LOVE the Deadpool movies. That said, after what happened with a lot of the side characters in #2 (RIP Shatterstar LOL) I have a hard time feeling enthusiastic for Gambit in a Deadpool movie. I mean it could go well if he got treated like Domino or Cable ... but somehow I think he'd end up as comedy fodder like Shatterstar. Makes me think of the Gambit v. Deadpool series and hoo boy ... do not want.

No Gambit till Gala event in June. Probably will be just a wallpaper in Excalibur Gala issue and ignored in all other event books as always.

Its crazy how random X-men are being used over in COTA but not Gambit whom is clearly the inspiration for one of the kids

Super happy about Rogue making the X-Men, but bummed about Gambit being stuck in Excalibur still. I am actually with you all that would rather be was in limbo than in Excalibur. I am still hoping he will show up in Children of the Atom though. Vita is a fantastic writer and I think they could do wonders for Gambit if he was used there.

Do you think that they will break up or not.I like rogue a lot and gambit is fine too.I like romy as well but we know that HFG will have heart breaks and hook ups.I think they are the only couple prominent on krakoa.The other is the jean scott logan emma which I think is in a good place.Probably(and hopefully) not but thoughts?
