When he first appeared, the writing made it seem like Storm would end up with him after she broke up with Forge (and then with Cable after she broke up with him again). The only reason people assume that they're related is because: they're black and because Bishop's grandmother is a black woman with white hair - never mind that plenty of old black ladies got white hair.

And I know, Times and Life of Lucas Bishop hints a bunch of **** but at the end of the day - that miniseries had so many continuity errors that it can't be canon.

Interesting… might be a little old (50) and thin to play Bishop, but I suppose if they were going for a more experienced veteran approach to the character and Method Man bulked up considerably for it it could work:

Not sure yet but it's from Inferno and he's either becoming part of the QC or perhaps taking the place of Captain Commander since Scott is in NYC.

Who is talking about worthiness? I just thinks its lame to have all these people related. Its like saying all black people are related. And on record it was an awful idea and many didn't even want to touch it til recently. This is besides me thinking M is a snore.
