the kid in the hoodie and with the odd whitened hair, symbolically unearthing a terribly symbolic logo in the future wasteland? Look a little closer at that last screenshot you might just catch a glimpse of darker hair at the back — the white ends at his fringe. Look like anyone we know? (He pops up briefly at the end too, though we don’t really get a better look at him.) do believe the writers’ just threw us a cameo of a young Nate grey.

I noticed it too, hopefully he will be in the next movie because he also appears at the end after the future has changed.

To be more powerful on top of that he fused with an alternate version of himself and he also learned to use magic.
He was in the Onslaught arc on pair with Franklin in term of power together they said there were nothing they can't do.

Like the other said he lost his power or much better said the ability to access them but in theory this is nothing. He showed in the Onslaught arc also the ability to reroute his nervous system so the authors put only a sticker on him "Out of Order" nothing was really stop his power form "returning" in the long run.

I also would love see the summer/grey family making a pick nick they are rarely all at the same time alive. The only sad thing is after the last AoA run he seems again the sole survivor of his reality ...

I agree to even when X-Man found a good author and a lot of readers the other authors would run wild because it disrupt their perfectly super dark MU atmosphere.

By the way I would love that.

I really liked X-Man and loved what Warren Ellis did with him, as for coming back to full strength.... Not so sure it would be great it he worked on increasing his abilities to use them at least occasionally and maybe became All-New Shaman recognising the previous character development.

Nah...he was still dying. That was the gimmick back then. But it was funny seeing him toss Xavier, Exodus, and Jean around everytime he was around them.
