I miss Nate. Too bad that he didn't make the cut to be on UXM. Then I may have actually been forced to buy a book with Land's pin up pictures that don't fit the story in it but still would've been worth it

Well one can choose to believe what they want in their headcanon bu it apparently wasn't the writer's intention for the kid to be Nate's- And considering the time that has passed since and the fact that Nate hasn't appeared a lot since then and Threnody even less, it's unlikely to be brought up again. Heck all we know Threnody might be depowered or even dead currently (if her powers were involved in her rising from the dead and she lost them). It'll likely stay as an unresolved plot.
