I hope not. I have always like Luke since his run in Batwing although I do agree the transition from David to him was handled poorly.

I do hope, in the end, all the siblings eventually start to work together.

I mean Future State isn't meant to be strictly canon, so I guess the arc for Luke (and the Fox family as a whole) to wrestle with their connection to the Batfamily but to ultimate come out better for it. I mean, we know Jace's mission to make Gotham better as Batman is a ultimately a success, considering how intrinsically linked the Foxs are to Gotham, i imagine that points to hope for an inevitable reconciliation; so it's a matter of how soon they can reach that point.

Won’t spoil it but I got a pretty good feeling from today’s issue of what could get Luke to hang up the wings.

I hear we are getting the daughter of Bane, which makes me wonder how long until we see her fight another Bat-family member. I would think Damian, but he’s off in a tournament arc and in Future State Jace was fighting the Bane’s so whose to say we won’t see our new Batman fight a new Bane.

Yep, he seemed off, but this issue confirms it. And he totally roasted Batwing.

You know after watching the army of the dead trailer I got to say I kind of wish Omari Hardwick was a few years younger, he looks like he would make a good Jace Fox if we were fan casting. He's a big tough dude who has the hair and the beard, of course he's also a good actor if you have seen Power, unfortunately he's nearly 50 and I'm not sure we want some of that age playing a...I'm going to assume Jace is late 20's?

Anyone else I would consider, maybe Jordan Calloway, you know the guy who plays Painkiller in Black Lightning, I think hes got the look and he's pretty good as painkiller and it would probably boost his career even more to be Batman.
