I don't know if they were stolen so much as Tony actually designed them?

When he was on the warpath during Armor Wars he definitely didn't make much distinction.

Yeah, Armor Wars was one of the first times Tony seriously went off the rails --- and it had nothing to do with alcoholism.

Yeah I think Tony was just to the point of where he didn't want anyone having his tech, regardless of how they got it. One of the best arcs.

Too bad he won't be in the Armor Wars series on D+.

Real shame, though Disney+ Armor Wars reckoning with the legacy left behind by MCU Iron Man could be compelling in its own right. And I'll cop to liking the 90s animated adaptation of Armor Wars, too. Still think it holds up fairly well.

In agreement with you about Armor Wars being one of the best. Artistically speaking, Bob Layton & Doc Bright made a good team:

Agreed. And according to this article, Armor Wars saved the '90s animated series: https://www.cbr.com/iron-man-armor-w...ed-adaptation/

Also all the disposable armors and Tony needing to be saved by Pepper (in the final movie of his own trilogy) just rankled me.
It always surprised me that she didn't actually become Rescue there. She only finally took up her mantle in Avengers Endgame.

To be somewhat fair, it was an "all hands on deck" situation for the fate of the universe, since I doubt Pepper would have suited up otherwise.

Yes it was. I love when Tony takes on projects like that. In Fractions run he was rebuilding Asgard and using that to help the people of Oklahoma get work.
