I never forgot that! Beetle's cold weather suit, drawn by Marc Campos in Justice League America #92. I always thought it was a very "toyetic" design.
I actually own an original Marc Campos page from Justice League America #91, featuring Beetle and Booster (in his ugly, bulky armor):
I also own this original Dan Jurgens page from Justice League America #67:
Author of the law review article "The Lawyer as Superhero: How Marvel Comics' Daredevil Depicts the American Court System and Legal Practice," Capital University Law Review, Vol. 47, No. 2 (2019).
Download it for free at https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers....act_id=3389544
And I own this original Paris Cullins page from Blue Beetle #4:
Plus this full-color Paris Cullins commissioned piece:
And a 1986 Blue Beetle series promo poster by Cullins:

I also have Blue Beetle sketches by Phil Noto:
And Steve Lieber:

Well, Ted doesn't have a force field lol.
..I've always wondered why he didn't create something to do the job. Seriously, after being put in a coma twice, you think he'd come up with something... he even made Booster a suit of armor.
But I'm glad to see that Ted is getting good character treatment so far!
