Two things from pre-Flashpoint about Dan Garrett and Ted Kord:

In Jaime’s title we met Dan’s granddaughter. Has she appeared any where since then?

In the last year of the JSA title, there appeared a female Red Beetle having Ted’s gear and costume but all in red. Did they ever say what her connection to Ted was?

I voted for Jaime. Still waiting on that HBO Max show or DCEU movie! WB seriously better not let Disney beat them with introducing the younger generation of heroes, when DC has a superior roster of younger heroes!

I hope I’m wrong, but it seems like DC is pretty much done with Jaime. He’s not even featured in splash pages of the DC heroes anymore. They have Jessica Cruz and I guess that’s enough Latino representation for them.

We haven’t heard anything about the potential HBO Max show since January 2020.

I haven't read anywhere near enough Dan stories to pass judgement, but I love Ted with Jaime a VERY close second!

i've read very few stories with dan in it. the most recent i can remember was from a jla year one trade by mark waid. and he didn't do well there, i think he was being hunted by the brotherhood.

Jaime Reyes gets my vote both because I dig the redesign/reimagining of his bio-suit and find him more interesting as a character.

I don’t think she’s a descendant of Rip Hunter. So Ted and Michelle may be the only option.
