I do not like the look of boots that go half-way up the thigh, with fishnets underneath. Either she should be wearing leather all the way up (i.e., leather pants), or she should be wearing fishnets all the way down (to her high heels). The leather pants are her "street wear", and the fishnets are her stage costume. This hybrid look does not work.

Exactly. Leather pants or high heels.
Half way up the thigh boots look like a mess. Especially if she's wearing fishnets underneath. There's just too much thrown in.

The corset shouldn't be yellow. It should be white or blue or purple or it should be a vest.

Also frilled shirt? Is the artist deliberately trying to make her outfit look outdated?

I'm fine with them too. Heels or boots doesn't matter to me. But I do feel the fishnets are an important iconic design element and dislike the leather pants.

I don't think there's anything wrong with Zee wearing something frilly. She's a showwoman and fairly feminine, so I think it fits her.
