    Honestly, I think those Golden Age tales are the highlight of Black Canary's long career. The stories were very moody and Dinah was a very strong character. I'm not fond of the singer angle.

    Whenever I think of Canary, the first images that comes to mind are always these two panels from Adventure Comics 418. I love Alex Toth's work.
    Other artists have made impacts of course...Dick Dillin, Ed Benes, Gary Frank, Otto Schmidt (who totally reminds me of Toth at times)...among many others, but Alex Toth is it for me.
