Scorpia's pretty dumb, Ms. Marvel isn't even the only hero based in New Jersey - the Wasp is based there too. Do your research next time, girl!
It doesn't seem like book is going to acknowledge outlawed at all lmao

It will be interesting to see who and what exactly is meant by "the Marvels". The automatic assumption is Carol's predecessors as Captain Marvel - Mar-Vell, Monica and Genis...and to a lesser degree Phyla and Noh-Varr.

But it could also refer to Carol's original code name, Ms. Marvel. After all we're having a Carol/Kamala team up in this week's new issue. And there is also the 2nd Ms. Marvel still out there, Shary Ventura. We've never had any on-panel interaction between Carol and Shary, so that's long overdue.

Or they could cast the net really wide and go with anyone who has "Marvel" -- Marvel Girls like Jean and Rachel Grey; Marvel Boys like Vance Astrovik and Bob Grayson; the Blue Marvel, Adam Brashear; the former Marvel Man, Wendell Vaughn....

Its probably just the Captains Marvel though. But we'll see.

Marvel comics like to every so often troll the fans of Mar-vell with a new return, it has happened too many times to count it must do great things for them sales wise but I also get the feeling that they can never truly bring him back because of some promise made to Starlin, at least as long as Marvel keep milking the Thanos cow repeatedly. Wash rinse repeat, I long for a world where Mar-vell and Genis can be alive and well in the Marvel universe regardless of what names they go by but who knows how long it will be before that happens. I've been burned too many times to get excited about this announcement but if it has Mar-vell and Genis in it then they will get my $ at least for those issues which is more than the Captain Marvel franchise is getting right now.

I think the latest issue of GoTG teased Mar-Vell coming back?

It acknowledged it i was wrong

But godbless this short story with kamala was so much better than the main story, I feel KT needs to focus on one (1) thing at a time. I know she can write carol well, but she's trying to address too much too ffast, perhaps its the pressure of cancellation, nothing feels like it has room to breathe

I thought the main story was great, the backup story however was pretty Meh for me.

This is Carol's first series to get to thirty issues since her last run as Ms. Marvel.

"THE LAST OF THE MARVELS" PART 2
The Marvels are under attack! First they came for the captain…now they're after the youngest to bear the title. Carol races to save Kamala Khan, but no one knows what the Dark Marvels are up to next

"Dark Marvels?" They're really marketing that title...
