Steve is without the supersoldier Serum?
Anyone who prefers Wayne Manor to be a reasonably sized two-story (plus attic) mansion for a nuclear family plus butler compared to the campus building they're using today because of the movies, say aye
It's not like Wayne Family Adventures where everyone stays there. The Manor usually only have 1 Bruce, 1 sidekick, 1 butler, and 1 guest at a time
To be honest I don't really give the size of Wayne Manor much thought beyond it looking like a sprawling mansion.
It does kind of give the sense that there are a lot of rooms that go unused, although I don't think any book has really dived into it and the architecture/rooms.
Every artist gave Bruce and each of the kids (also Alfred) different bedrooms every time, but with the size of the current Manor, you can actually fit all of them.
there's Alfred's bedroom by the kitchen and one above Damian's room
Bruce has the bedroom with Selina on the ground floor, a red canopy bedroom, a bedroom with a pole to the cave, a bedroom with a study, a dreary old wood bedroom, the Englehart bedroom where he changed for the wedding...
Damian has his minimalist bedroom, a bedroom with red decor...
Dick had his 70s single bedroom, a bedroom he shares with Bruce, and a wood-paneled bedroom he shared with Jason...
Jason had a queen size bedroom, a bedroom above the garage, a library bedroom in Arkham Knight...
Tim has a single bedroom, which I know is different than Dick because Bruce preserved Jason and Dick's rooms the way they left...
There's a guest room for aunt Harriet...
