From most of what we can gather it's either going to be a Spider-man related project something Cates said was his dream to do one day, and even Ryan Ottley said he always wanted to do, or it's going to be something Ultimate Universe related. Marvel has been trying to think how to revive the Ultimate Universe some way and Cates is probably their best seller at this point so it makes sense to give something to him.

As for Ram V it's also almost certainly not a Hulk on going because Ewing is gonna be tied to it and we know Ewing is finished with Hulk standalone once he is done with IH, it might be something gamma related in general, maybe another team book or something.
