I'd choose Mister Terrific, because of his leadership skill, intelligence and lack of magic knowledge.

Mister Terific is a good choice. I would like to see bored Billy with serious Dr. Fate. Maybe one two fun tuition with Power Girl or supportive Zatanna

I'm kind of surprised, since Billy's patrons are connected to Diana's mythology, they don't talk that much.
