I'm open to the possibility that her powers/abilities will evolve over time, and that by the time The Marvels rolls into theaters her body will fully assimilate it to the point that it resembles her comics powers.

We don't know if she won't have her comic book powers. Having a new one doesn't necessarily mean she can't have any other powers. This could be something that works in addition of her already known powerset instead of just straight up replacing it.

But in the world of Comic books things are labeled. When something is called magic it is magic, not people seeing something unbelievable so it must be magic. So when Terrigenesis happens it is science.

An energy armor that she will likely be able to reshape freely, namely to recreate the giant fists she uses in the comics. Also, this was her brother's superpower during his brief exposure to Lineage's bootleg Terrigen. Sounds like they're giving it to her this time.

Doesn't the solicit for her new comic actually say something is amiss with her powers? Maybe the comics will be changing them?

The new writer is talking fondly about wanting to play with her shapeshifting and how they're a metaphor for growth, so that's very unlikely. The problem with her powers most likely stems from that time-space connection she has with all other Kamalas, hence why she's getting warped into an all-Bollywood universe in the first issue.
