I am not sure. I had not heard of these till now. It would make sense for them to get Rachel out but I had not heard of any new figures for her. Sometimes they wait to see how one production does before they release more, even if they have others designed. We are so used to disappointment that it is easy to go there.
I really hope they do release Rachel and most likely it will be part of a set continuing what they did here.
I wonder if the back side of that box has any info?

I don't mind the official Marvel Girl one (really the shadow look with the tattoo on the back is my fav), but that AWFUL one that was released with the X-mansion gates was an abomination. I would love to see her iconic Excalibur look especially since it was just revisited at the Hellfire Gala. That to me would round out the official set.

This is my floating Rachel in my office with some others. I am in the process of getting all my figures up, and no she doesn't float sideways lol.

Yeah it's pretty awful to make a kid kill people, and especially damaging to make a kid kill their own friends and family. Claremont inserted some nasty and dark themes in what I thought was comics for kids. In the original Days of Future Past story, there was a Canadian resistance, but North America was controlled by the Sentinels. Before that the American government had a mutant registration program and Rachel was captured to find mutants. The rest of the world was going to nuke the US to stop the Sentinels from spreading, which is why Rachel sent Kate's mind back in time...to stop the impending nuclear annihilation.
More Rachel merch is always great, but I never realized how offensive that look was until it was 3D and taken out of context. Marvel is doing much better now...
