I noticed, and also noticed she didn't get the hooker comparisons Anna Diop did. Hmmmmmm? ��

Probably because Barbaras outfit is still a lot more casual than Starfires. Not to mention this isnt Barbaras main outfit throughout the movie compared to how long did Starfire wear this?

Far too long, but that wasn't the main problem. The costume designer probably saw Anna Diop as Cleopatra Jones and that wasn't the best showcase for her. She's a very beautiful woman but that outfit distracted from it.

Even still Kristen Wiig is wearing a ratty fur, thigh high leather boots and standing on a street corner too.

You're comparing peoples thoughts to 1 scene of Barbara walking through a street corner to endless promotion of Starfire in her "infamous" outfit. Not to mention that it isnt just the fur and thigh highs that makes Starfire look the way people said she does, it is the entire outfit. And im sure there is someone out there who probably thought "barbara looks like a hooker in this scene". But again, Starfires main outfit vs. Barbs 1 scene, reactions will be different.

Maybe because Kristen Wiig's no wearing a purple vinyl dress with a high slit and thigh-high stockings underneath. That and it wasn't Barbara's main look therefore it wasn't under so much scrutiny...surely you're not insinuating Anna Diop only got it because she's black

Also note, the fur coat outfit and the White House attack outfit appear to be the same with a change of outer layer to the spiked snakeskin jacket. Upon closer examination, Barbara is also baring lots of thigh and is not only wearing stockings but they are torn (from battle...or for fashion?). I will leave the determination as to what percentage of the movie Dr. Minerva wears this outfit and whether that qualifies it as her "main" look to others better at math.
