I read the mini before it, and I did read the issues of the big cross-over between all the New Warriors titles. Have no idea where they are, which is why I would like more collections of New Warriors material, including the Complete Night Thrasher and the Complete Nova series.

Yes. He was also worthy of enough to be considered for a television series at that time.

It should be NOTED the original plan for New Warriors was to split the team up following that crossover with Nova and Night Thrasher and NW books.

New Warriors I guess lead by Justice stayed in the main book.

A second book would probably had been lead by Night Thrasher or Nova.

Of course this was planned and then Marvel had to sell off assets and the comic bust happened.

I suspect that second book would have been done by Fabian.

Oh that's unfortunate about the split not happening. I would've loved to read more of Fabian's stuff with Night Thrasher. Thanks for the info.

On top of that, I always thought it odd that Darkhawk's book was cancelled, yet he was never brought onto the team full time.
Wasn't darkhawk in the west coast avengers around that time?

If he's a mutant like the rest of his New Warriors team, then I don't see why not.

He was nothing more than a guest star in that book.

If anyone would want to participate in the Crucible for the return of their powers i would think Bandit would be near the top.

Me too. Best version of the Thrash armor EVER. Too bad he got rid of it so quickly.

I guess that's a more tactful way of saying... "reserve status only".

Actually, no. He was, in fact, made a reservist West Coast Avenger, a really WTF move, considering that his homebase was NY.

PS. Ah, K7P5V had already pointed that out.

He showed up in avengers vol 3 and the avengers vs jla comic also but is strange he was not used more at the time as big as he was then. (He did show up in secret defenders also) He was part of spider-mans round robin team also along with nova and night thrasher, moon knight and punisher of all people.

So darkhawk was a member of--

    New warriors
West coast avengers/ avengers in vol 3
    excelsior/ loners
    Secret defenders
    Gotg (???)
    Any more teams?

Night thrasher also had a role in the meteor man comic based on the movie. (yes marvel made him part of the comic universe!) Spider-man also had a role in the comic.

Silhouette is going to appear in Marvel's Voices: Identity, the upcoming comic about Asian (can be those from the Asian continent or the Asian-Americans) superheroes.

I haven't read the older titles yet but I read the run right behind of Civil War. The issues were fun despite the unusual art/plot and after reading Civil War #1 man... I really feel bad for the team. Especially since they seem to get **** on by everyone afterwards. Poor Microbe hasn't been resurrected since then too it looks like.

Is it possible that now due to the whole Krakoa business they could resurrect OG Namorita and Microbe? They were mutants right?
