Don't forget the best Peter & MJ in adaptations still.
Must be one of the only people who liked the characters as they were in the old Raimi movies.
Saw a bit of that show. Can't really see them as being the characters from the first movie (think it was intended to be an alternative sequel to Spider-Man 1), but I thought it worked for what it was. Only show that really stuck in my head was the one with Tara Strong as a stalker with mind reader.
Doctor Strange: "You are the right person to replace Logan."
X-23: "I know there are people who disapprove... Guys on the Internet mainly."
(All-New Wolverine #4)
MJ with a bob because her normal hair length would probably be too difficult to animate in a CG cartoon from that era...
I don't think that actually matters as much. Although it is quite a statement about the show that the most interesting character was an unpowered civilian who only popped up in the last handful of episodes.
If I had to say why I would sum it up as "she was a jock in a world of nerds".

I think it speaks volumes about the show that an unpowered civilian who was only in a handful of episodes in the last season actually outshone the main cast who had been around since pretty much the beginning of the series.
I think it's because she was basically a jock in a world of nerds.
