You'd be right, more or less. Claremont did write the initial Marvel Team-Up issue with Spider-Man and Red Sonja possessing MJ, which was included in the TPB collection of the Spider-Man/Red Sonja crossover miniseries. As for the dynamic between Mary Jane and Felicia/Black Cat here over Peter, I have in the past so happened to find a few steamy fanfics here and there with similar scenarios, if that helps at all.
