"That said, there’s a sequence in issue 3 where we take a deep deep dive into the minds of a pair of young characters–one of them’s Loa, I might as well tease that now–and… oof. That was some creepy, trippy writing. The insides of people’s minds aren’t always quite what you expect…"

I wonder if they are going to adress the death of Loa , who was off panel.

It's probably an unpopular opinion, but I'd love to see Martha as something else other than a brain in a jar. In universe, it sounds really weird that they haven't done this yet considering she's shown interest in being a human being again in the past and the 5 are pretty much capable of doing so. On the writers side, she'd be another blonde telepath, so not much to do with her. But then again they haven't used her in ages, so they might as well release her from being in a jar.

It's probably an unpopular opinion, but I'd love to see Martha as something else other than a brain in a jar. In universe, it sounds really weird that they haven't done this yet considering she's shown interest in being a human being again in the past and the 5 are pretty much capable of doing so. On the writers side, she'd be another blonde telepath, so not much to do with her. But then again they haven't used her in ages, so they might as well release her from being in a jar.

Well, phooey, I was hoping that, despite the Johansson name, which suggests Swedish, she'd look less like the sixth Stepford Cuckoo... Maybe even, shocker, that rare biracial person with a dad with a Swedish name, and a mom from Kenya or something. (As Trevor Noah said of his black mom and Swiss dad, "Everyone knows how the Swiss love their chocolate.")

And yeah, it's crazy that nobody has done *anything* for this girl since Quentin made anti-grav lifts for her brain-jar so she could float around. It's been forever, couldn't Forge or Madison Jeffries crap out an LMD-style robot or something? Couldn't 'Omega Healer' Elixir just literally grow her a body around the brain she already has? ('Cause he could. He regrew Prodigy's shredded heart, after he was killed by Belasco. He could totally regrow Hellion's hands any time he wanted to, even without Proteus and Hope and Tempus there to give him a boost / accelerate growth / muck with reality.)

There was like two times when she got some kind of body. One was within a book of Generation Hope, but I don't recall the details, since I skipped most of the things surrounding grown up Hope. The other was right before Age of X-man, where she got stuck in the future and got a body from an AI Tony Stark built. It was a nice mechanical body. Both lasted for an arc.

Can you name three things that makes her interesting as she is right now? Honest question, no shade intended.

To me she's currently insteresting visually at first sight, but then she falls flat.

Also I dont think Josh can just regrow a whole body. If that were the case, then Tempus, Proteus and Goldsball wouldnt be needed for the Resurrection Process.

Im still curious to see what Crosta is up to on Krakoa. Broo has been shown to have Krakoan citizenship despite not being a human mutant so why can't Crosta? I'm also curious to find out if the gates work for them just as every other mutant or they need permission like flatscan humans. Or better question yet, where's the baby Krakoa :*/, they were also a non human mutant and literally the grounds for the Jean Grey School and was last seen with Quentin I believe.

Broo has been on Krakoa but I dont think anything was said about him having citizenship. X-men 8 implied he was merely visiting and he was accompanied by Idie and we later saw him use a gate with Jean as his escort
