Yes, this is what a bunch of us have said on here.
As to the distraction thing, well, Namor still knew Wondy was there and I am sure others have surprised him such as the Hulk or Hercules leaping into him or Thor hurling his hammer or using lightning.
I believe it is the combined Strength of Wonder Man at that time plus his durability hitting with the power of Mjolnir. That first punch really sent Namor a-flying, while the next one was pure power.

Like a Red Dragon, The Phoenix shall Soar in 2024!
Does anyone remember Simon being able to see in the dark? I seem to remember Simon stating this, but do not know when/where.

Did anyone know that Brian Bendis hate Wonder Man?
I wonder why he hated him?
Slightly off topic are there any other examples of writers destroying characters because they don't like them? I know white Vision was a result of dislike from the writer.
Aaron and OG Thor/Odin looks like a likely candidate.
I don't remember ever reading/seeing anything from Bendis where he blatantly states that he hated Simon.
Yes, he brought him back from limbo just to tear him down and send him in a direction that's more or less responsible for what we have now, but in their deluded minds these writers truly think they're doing something great. *eyeroll*
Anyone else have watch Marvel M.O.D.O.K already?
