I've been saying he would be great since the start! With Rip Hunter on the show, I fully expected him to show or at least get a namedrop.

I'm just going to assume the rumor of DC holding him back because they're "saving him for other projects" is true.

Although, at the end of the day, I don't really like the Arrowverse myself anymore, and "Legends" in particular, so I'm kind of glad he didn't show up.
