I could be sensitive today but while we all know the history of Betsy/kwannon given the stereotype some apply to asians this could be a situation that goes from a pure accident to blown up given the seemingly forced opening of Betsy eyes.

Although you sensitivity is appreciated. I don't think we should take it more than a nod to the retcon and Mojo experience that Betsy went through.

Plus Mojo himself has those on his eyes as well. Correct me if im wrong.

Im almost 100% sure it is an Arcade bot. He made it off of the older model of Psylocke. This is a way for Zeb to have Kwannon fight her without it actually being Betsy. Kwannon will likely get some characterization as we get an insight into her head in terms of what she truly feels about the whole body swap and what she's lost

I figured as much. Probably we won't see it restored until another writer comes aboard.

Also has Psylocke depicted any new abilities as Captain Britain now? I was wondering if she has flight, super strength, or invulnerability now like her brother did but I didn't see that in the initial issues of Excalibur.

Who knows? Her abilities as CB haven’t been discussed.

I find that really odd that we're almost 20 issues in now and we still don't even know if Betsy got Captain Britain's powers or not. I'm assuming that's not the case since we surely would have seen her fly by now, but it just speaks to the subpar quality of the writing that this has never even been addressed.

She’s telekinetic so she’s been able to fly before. I would assume that she had the same powers, but since she destroyed the amulet, who knows?
