Probably the most appropriate book for a Knight Terrors tie-in.

I was really pulling for this because I loved Watters on Azrael but this was nearly incomprehensible. I mean, I get it, this was supposed to be Jim Gordon's nightmare and nightmares (and dreams in general) often float from scene to scene with out rhyme or reason but this isn't really a dream for us as readers so we're rightly expecting an actual narrative structure which this lacked. As an experiment in trying to create a stream of conscious comic I guess it's to be commended but as a book to read it wasn't great.
